The Rise 5 marks a turning point in the history of AirDesign's iconic range. For the first time, 2-line technology is applied to a High-B wing designed for cross-country flying. The result is undeniable: a drastic reduction in drag and exceptional structural stability, especially when you push the speed bar.
Thanks to its innovative profile, the Rise 5 offers incredibly effective rear-riser steering (B-steering), allowing you to control the wing without deforming the profile. It retains the AirDesign DNA with a contained weight and astonishing ease of use for this level of performance. Its surface finish is optimized by a large number of cells (65) and rigid rods, ensuring maximum glide for completing your most beautiful FAI triangles.
