Way Gliders BUDY: The Intuitive Progression Wing
The Way Gliders Budy is an EN-A certified wing designed to accompany pilots from their first flights out of school and throughout their initial years of practice. Its objective is simple: to offer maximum pleasure with minimum stress. Thanks to its moderate aspect ratio and very stable profile, it perfectly filters the air mass while remaining very precise to control.
The construction is designed for durability. Way Gliders has chosen robust materials to allow intensive use on all types of terrain. The line layout is optimized to be as simple as possible, making take-off preparations quick and error-free. During inflation, the Budy rises as a single block, without hard points and without overshooting, which immediately reassures the pilot.
Despite its high passive safety, the Budy doesn't lack character. Its turn is fluid and allows pilots to discover the joys of thermal and cross-country flying with complete peace of mind. It's the ideal wing for building solid piloting foundations.
The Budy is an EN-A wing accessible from the end of training. Although extremely tolerant, it remains an aircraft. We recommend regular practice and strict adherence to the weight ranges (PTV) to fully enjoy its flying qualities.
